For those of you curious about social software + open licensing. The flickr.com system has plans to support CC licensing directly of user's photoblog content.
www.flickr.com
www.flickr.com/groups_topic.gne
I believe this feature has a status of "in the works". But still should be interesting.
also there's a tribe for flickr/tribe folks:
flickr.tribe.net
ps 'clickykbd' is myself on flickr. If you sign up feel free to connect to me as an 'Aquaintance'.

Re: flickr & cc
Tue, June 1, 2004 - 6:51 AMSuch a good site and idea, CC licensing wont necessarily yield results, but it is the right approach to take to others work I feel.
We urge our users at wwww.mobloguk.com to use this license. We are pure community based, and it actually works as people have an easy method of linking to each other.
We havnt yet had anyone be approached for use of work yet however, apart from our source code of course, similiarly licensed.
