Has anyone seen or heard of any best practices regarding the use of cc licenses?

Mon, October 20, 2003 - 11:49 PMI'm guessing there haven't been enough uses yet of cc licenses -- and none that have had to withstand judicial scrutiny -- for any "best" practices to emerge.
So dive on in, and let's all learn from each others' mistakes.

So far I'm pleased to say that we've had no legal challenges...knock on wood. :-) -

Tue, June 1, 2004 - 6:45 AMVery impressive use of the license, and exactly what the commons is about. Lessig mentioned it at his talk here in London last week, and there was an MIT rep from Cambridge there too.
